Toshiba satellite "L10 119" problem with new 250GB HDD
Dear Sir/Madam,
I just bought a new hard disk (250GB) for my laptop, but the system recognize only 130GB of total. I had done all works with partition magic and other low level format software, But still have problem with it. If anybody can help me, I'll be appreciated. Sincerely Mahdi VatanKhah |

Re: Toshiba satellite "L10 119" problem with new 250GB HDD
Check with Toshiba website if there is a known issue with BIOS support for hard drives with large capacities. May be a BIOS update is available as fix. If none is available, may be you can try creating 2 partitions (ex. partition 1 = 130GB, partition 2= 120GB) so you can make use of the whole 250GB. You can set partition 2 as your DATA drive or use it for another operating system.
