Re: S.O isnīt recognizing my Wireless adaptor SONY VAIO
Hello,
I see you installed the drivers for your pc but, Did you installed the drivers for the wireless card? To check this Go to Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet Connections, Network Connections. Do you see the NIC card there? If the card it's not in Network Connections then the problem may be: a) the drivers for that card are not installed or installed incorrectly b) the card its not sited correctly c) damaged card Also try to re-install the whole setting of your network. Since you formatted the HD Im sure the settings are gone and you'll have to re-install all the Drivers for the Router, NIC card and every network component. Good Luck. Post result if they work to help others please, Thank you. Last edited by pcgeekworld; 02-25-2009 at 09:00 PM. |
