Male part of power input socket jiggling around!!

So Im calling on you guys for your help again. Youv'e got me out of a few spots before.

I hope someone can offer any tips for this repair I have to make to my laptop.

Basically , I think someone tried to plug the wrong adaptor in my computer and they have damaged it.

The male end inside the adaptor jiggles around so to speak. I have to position in back in the middle of the thing before the female end whcih plugs into it will go into it. I have to do this and put pressure on the adaptor at various angles to make it start charging. I assume the reason it doesnt connect properly is the jiggly male end

I looked in from insde the computer, but I cant see exactly whats going on without taking the fan and some other stuff out. I think Im gonna have to take the motherboard out because the thermostat metal thing whcih is glued to the top of the CPU housing is blocking my view and good access to the inside of the adaptor. I can press it up from behing though.

Im guessing this may happen a lot to these things. Any tips on the best way to go about repairing it? If I press from behind on the male part and put a bit of superglue on from the outside, if the duperglue tocuhes any compnents will it just start eating them? Is there a good type of glue for repairing things in circuit boards?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Looks like you have damaged DC jack connection (female part on the laptop side). You can have it replaced (AFAIK) but you need to buy a replacement part. Try eBay for a start.
