How do I change the hard drive in a Sony VAIO?

I've got a Sony VAIO, model PCG-7Y2L, and I want to change its Hard Drive (which I think might be broken). I've done most of the work for opening it, but there still seems to be one elusive latch towards the rear end. Does anyone know how to release it, and what I should do from there? Thanks.

Try from the examples here... http://repair4laptop.org/disassembly_sony.html may be one will have a similar procedure.

What is the P/N? The model number you provided is the series number in reality.

What's a P/N? The back of the notebook only shows that number.

Sorry for the late reply. What is meant by P/N is the part number of the laptop. Most laptops have a series number, and then a more specific part number which is specific to your laptop.
