Brightness Problems on Inspiron 1521
A while back the screen in my Inspiron 1521, and I replaced it with a screen from the same manufacturer. Unfortunately, replacing the screen came with its own problems, namely, the brightness is "out of wack." When I try to raise or lower the brightness using "FN+Up/Down," it limits me to either very dim, dim, or somewhat bright. I can no longer get to 100% brightness. I'm not really sure what else to do.
Thanks. |

Re: Brightness Problems on Inspiron 1521
Did you double check the part numbers on the back of the LCD? You are certain you got the exact same one? Did you replace the inverter as well?
