Imaging software

A friend of mine has been charged with cleaning up 15-20 laptops (all identical Toshiba's) after the summer break and getting them ready for the year. Last Summer, I helped and we did them one-by-one because that is what her Boss insisted was the only way.
It's going to be different this year.
I need suggestions and recommendations on disk imaging utilities that can be put on a CD or thumb drive. What we are going to do is put a new drive in her laptop, do a clean install, do the updates, install everything that is needed and take it back out and wait for the day to come.
Theoretically, this should be a snap.
So, what utility do you guys suggest and do you have a better way?

Re: Imaging software

Drive Image XML is free and will do the job also. You can get it at www.runtime.org/driveimage-xml.htm
