My Computer Came With Vista But I Change The Program To Xp And Now My Integrated Webcam Doesn't Work.. What Program Or How Can I Get It To Work What Program Do I Need...

Have you installed the drivers for the webcam? If not, check out the manufacturer's website of the webcam and download the drivers from the website. Install the drivers and see if you are able to get the webcam working again.
