Need Gaming Laptop for travel

I am seeking reccommendations for a gaming laptop for traveling. CoD4 is a must.
Also, any opinions on Nvidia GeForce 9600m GT? 512mb vs 1Gb...bang for buck? Other preferred card?
Thank you
