OS: Vista 32 bit

Vista 32 bit start-up problem

The story goes..

A few days back, After a long session of Team Fortress 2, I decided it was time for a good nap. I quit the application, and in turn had my computer crash. After that, the computer won't start and has demanded ever since i appease it's taste with a Windows Disc lauch repair due to missing or corrupted files.

I was glad to say that a few days later, my mail order System Reocvery Disc came in, and I promptly shoved in my computer with high hopes. A recovery was completed, and the computer told me it was all ready for another go. It ordered me to reboot it so we could once again take fun in computing related recreational activites. Sadly, my computer would not get any farther than the loading screen when it died again. I tried to use the disc again, but the problem persists.

Soecs go as follows
Sony VAIO VGN FZ190

That's about as specific as i can get fellas.

I'm not very tech savvy, so you might have to hold my hand and coax me through the hole thing D:

I'm pretty sure what i'm saying is vague, so please tell me what else you need to know in order to help! Please and thanks!
