my name is rachel and my laptop wont let me download anything.....whenever i try, a popup comes up that reads: C:\Users\Rachel\AppData\Local\Temp could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.
Change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a different location. WHAT DO I DO????!!! i have a new ipod so i need to download the new itunes, but i cant ![]() your responce i GREATLY appreciated!!

Could be viruses...

Are you logged into Windows with Admin rights? It sounds like you're using a guest account that limits your activities.

i would agree with koala but if you are using an admin account then you most likely have a worm or somekind of malware try this site for a good anti virus program www.avast.com but be sure to uninstall any other anti virus program before putting this one on your cpu
