I need advice picking between laptops.
Merry Christmas everyone! I'm new here.
Well, for Christmas my dad decided to get me a new laptop. But he didn't want to get me something I would be unsatisfied with. The thing is, I already have a good laptop I bought in August and it has served me well when I was away at school. Sure the battery doesn't last long, but it plays my games pretty well. But a new laptop is always good. But the thing is I need to get it soon, before I head out to school again. I know a thing or two about computers, I can build a desktop from separate parts. But I don't know as much about laptops. So I need some help picking. And maybe some information about graphic cards, like what's the difference between a shader 4.0 and shader 4.1? My current laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A300D http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Mob...50.8839.0.html this thing is my current video card. These are my choices: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0111670&catid= http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0113900&catid= http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...0108006&catid= So what do you guys think? Which one should I get? |
