inspiron 1420 vista to xp downgrade

i have a dell inspiron 1420 and downgraded from vista to xp so i could not find the drivers but i found site which provied me with the drivers
so most of the things are working correctly, however, the display has creating problems
the display drivers were installed automatically by xp and it shows mobile intel 965 chipset family on the settings but the problem is, when i run a video file, the screen flickers, also when i resize the window of the running video it flickers but the video and other things are clear as before

i tried downloading video acclerators but did not worked! so any one help me, please do so!
