edata password problem
hi
im a new user, and i noticed that when i double click on my C and D drives on my laptop,they dont work, so i started playing around with it deleted a few files and what not, and the D drive started workin. then when i restarted the laptop and the prompt came to put in my password, the computer froze as i the touched the keys. after restarting several times i went to guest profile and tried to work from there, but since the keyboard isnt workin.i went to the acer recovery statup menu and it asked for the supervisor password, which i wrote down but my building had a fire so thats lost. does anyone have an idea of how to reset this password? |
