keyboard types wrong characters
I have an old Dell Latitude laptop... Very slow but it worked fine until recently... I noticed a "qwerty" file appeared on my desktop...an when I type the characters "ijklmou" they appear in the text as "512306-4" respectively... i can't enter any passwords correctly so I can't sign on to internet...nor can I use word to create .docs... virus scans show no infestations... got any suggestions?
