Partition problem

L.S.,

After starting up my new laptop for the first time, it automatically made two logical partitions: C: system and D: data, each about 150 GB. On D: I've made 2 extended partitions. I wanted to do the same with C: but it allowed me to shrink the partition to about 100 GB, which I did.

But now if I want to make a simple volume of the 50 GB unallocated space on 'C:' it says I can't because there is not space of this disk to perform this operation.

Any ideas how to solve this?

Thanks for the help,

KoosHopeloos
