D610 Latitude DST Short Test
My laptop will not boot up at all, when a run diagnostics I get this error- Start DST short test error code 1000-0146, this laptop still has 2 years left of complete care warranty, is this something that would be covered (if the hard drive is bad), or do I need to say something happened,like I dropped my computer, then my problems started? Thanks.

Looks like the hard drive is bad. If it is under warranty, I think that can be claimed under warranty.
