According to this http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/phoenixbeep.htm you need to replace CMOS battery.

According to Triggerfinger if you have a Phenoix BIOS (I think you do) you need to look at the CMOS Battery.
I am almost sure you have a Phenoix BIOS. This can be confirmed on the POST. You will see at the top of the screen on POST Your BIOS info. Do you have a Phenoix BIOS? Bill |

well the problem is the screen never shows anything, this question is really the second part of my original question.
I get the power light ,see the hard drive hit(for a few sec) ,the fan takes off then within 5-6secs nothing but the blue light around the power light. thanks LJMace1953 |

Try removing the Power Adapter and Battery. Press the power button for 30 seconds
Reseat your RAM Modules. Install the Battery and Power Adapter and reboot Bill |
