HP DV6000 No display Problem
Quote:
It's been 2 weeks now since it developed this problem. Whenever he switches on the computer, it turns on but nothing is seen on the screen. He tried connecting an external monitor it also shows nothing. However, the monitor is not completely dead. If look closer, the hp logo can be seen. Unfortunately he did not have any backup of his experimental results for his research. Please help. (Sorry I'm posting on behalf of him.) |

Re: HP DV6000 No display Problem
did you switch to the external monitor,i think you have to press some keys on the k/b to do so
if you can dimly see the images on screen when you shine a light on it check it has not been dimmed by using the fn keys or the backlight has gone and needs replacing
