Hey im just wondering if anyone knows what the probelm is with my dell laptop.. its reasonably old.
all i did was boot it up and i get a message saying "No bootable device(s) selected, select f1 to retry boot, f2 for setup utility." and when i press f1 it brings me straight back and when i press f2 i enter the BIOS. I dont really know what im doing and need help. thanks alot any feedback much appreicated |

Re: Dell Laptop Booting Problem
Try to pop in a bootable CD in the CD drive (XP install CD or similar). If it can boot from CD drive but not from HDD, then may be your HDD is dead.
