Problems with Touch Pad on Toshiba A75

The touch pad on my Toshiba A75 laptop is not responding like it should. The cursor doesn't move without a lot of effort and repeated attempts running movement across the touch pad. I have tried to raise the sensitivity, but it hasn't helped. Also cleaned the touch pad to remove dirt/oil in case there was some build up, but nothing has helped. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Re: Problems with Touch Pad on Toshiba A75

Have you tried uninstalling touchpad in Device Manager? Try uninstalling related programs in ADD/REMOVE. Let Windows pick it up when reboot. Observe if it changes or improves anything.
