Hello to all, this my first post on this site. I appreciate all the future help.
OK so I have an HP notebook model dv6721la the la stands for Latin America. I purchased the notebook because of a last minute necessity in Colombia. Now I'm stuck with no US HP Support. Problem: A month ago my 4 year old son spilled water on the laptop. After diagnosing the damages I had to replace the main board, which I did. All done everything back up again. Now the only problem is that the computer will not detect the battery. I can open the computer up completely if needed. How can I diagnose the problem? |
