help please - dell inspiron 6000
Hi
I am working on a dell inspiron 6000 laptop running XP windows. About three months ago I found a problem with my laptop. When I am using word 2003 and outlook express I found the curser will jump backwards the highlight sections- sometimes the whole section I have just typed to find it deleted. It happened when I was even typing this thread..... I have been on the virus forum and with help we ran logs to see if there was any virus. Not were found. I am getting pretty frustrated with the situation and just don't know how to fix this problem. I don't use an external keyboard or mouse... help please |
