NC6400 Screen Keeps Going Black
I am having a problem that sometimes when I move my NC6400 laptop the screen will just go black. The only thing I can do to bring it back is hold down the power button to power off then turn back on. I will of course lose all my work. It only happens sometimes so I can't really predict or prepare for it. When I say move it I mean maybe sitting on couch or bed and setting it down to go do something. When I return and pick laptop up it might go blank or it might not. It has become pretty frustrating lately. I tried making sure I had latest video drivers, but that didn't work. Any help appreciated.

Re: NC6400 Screen Keeps Going Black
sounds like a loose connection
do you set it on a hard surface when you are using it,if not it may be overheating
