Question about ac adapters for laptops

The power supply (ac adapter) for my laptop quit working. I need to get a new, but my question is this. The current adapter is 65 watts, can you buy one that is more than that? Like can I purchase one that is 75 or 90 wats?

Use exactly what the original specs state. Use more and you could end up with a dead laptop.
