installing driver for ATI Mobility Radeon X1350 on xp
Hi,
I'm having some problems installing my ATI Mobility Radeon X1350. I first had Vista pre-installed on my HP Compaq 6820s, but after somme issues with software that wouldn't work, I installed Win XP SP3. There were somme components that were not properly installed, like my graphical card, and my sound card. I downloaded the driver for my graphics card; catalyst_8-31-100-3-2-1_vista32-64_rtm The install works, but I notice that the card still isn't working, at the end it gives gives you the option to view the log, This is the log whenn I install it, ______________________________________________________________ Catalyst® Install Manager Installation Report Wed, 19 Nov 2008 14:17:06 Hardware information Name ATI Mobility Radeon X1350 Manufacturer ATI Technologies Inc Device ID 0x7196 Vendor ID 0x1002 Class Code 0x030000 Revision ID 0x00 Subsystem ID 0x30d7 Subsystem vendor ID 0x103c Other hardware Existing packages Other detected devices Error messages Catalyst® Install Manager could not find path _______________________________________________________________ What do you think? Should I reinstall Windows Vista? Or is this solvable? thanks in advance |
