[b]HP Pavillion dv9700 Windows XP drivers[/b]
Good day everbody,
I have a HP Pavillion dv9700. I downgraded the Operating system from Windows Vista to Windows XP Service Pack 2. Now I need drivers for this O.S but I can't seem to find the correct drivers for the following devices: - Coprocessor - Ethernet-controller - Ethernet-controller - Fingerprint Sensor - Unknown device - SM-Buscontroller Specifications: Product: HP Pavillion dv9700 S/N: CNF824393V P/N: KW313EA#ABH Service Tag: dv9860ed Processor: AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-64 Chipset:AMD Athlon 64 / Opteron Hypertransport Technology Configuration I tried a lot different different drivers but I can't get the good drivers. I searched my hardware with everest and in the report I am getting the following lines:
- B00 D06 F00 Ethernet-controller [NoDB] - B00 D01 F03 Coprocessor[NoDB] - And more who are the same as above Does this mean anything? Last edited by Cappaccino; 11-18-2008 at 05:21 AM. |

Hi,
See this thread: Vista to XP Downgrade Compaq/ HP F700/G6000/DV6900/DV6700/DVx7xx/DV9800 Series Laptop Carefully read all instruction and use the DV9800 drivers posted toward the end of the thread. Hope this helps. Bill |
