Power Jack
Hello,
This is my first message on this board and I would like to say a quick hi to everyone. My problem revolves around a laptop I bought from Currys Liverpool. The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite which cost only £349 and is good in every what apart from the power point jack which fits into the laptop fine but can move up and down a bit when plugged in. I took the laptop back to the shop and a member of store management checked the same laptop model at the other end of the store and told me that it did the same as my one and that is probably wasn’t a fault as it charged and powered up properly. The guy clearly didn’t have an idea about laptops so I was wondering what anyone else suggests with regards to thus problem or am I worrying over nothing. The laptop model is Toshiba Satellite L300D-11V. |
