Help with the blu screen.

Hello, I need help with the blue screen on my Laptop. When I try to start up the laptop it gets to the windows 98 section and gives the blue screen. After that I need to take the battery pack out to shut it off because it will just over heat if i just let it sit there. Message me at **** to give me suggestions. IT WILL NOT WORK EVEN IN SAFE MODE. I tried that.

I mean windows XP instead of 98 sorry....

What's the code that the blue screen shows? It should look like ***STOP: 0x0000000E or something similar, with 4 other numbers like it in parentheses after it.

Also, does it name a driver responsible for the crash, like win32k.sys?

Well im not sure off the top of my head but I get the blue screen when the computer starts up. Lenovo's built in recovery support does'int do the trick either. PLease help!! Tell me what to do please. Thanks
