No operating system

Have recently won a bid for a Toshiba 7200CTe laptop that has no o.s. It also has no floppy or cd/dvd drives. I am bidding on a Windows XP Home Edition but have no way of loading it in. Any suggestion? I really am clueless and lost on computer, so bare with me.....
