GeForce GO 6800! where?

HI.
im searching for a new graphics card for my laptop (and yes these IS awailable) and ive been looking arround for the perfect one. then i spotted the GeForce GO 6800! just what i was looking for. but my problem is that i cant find somewhere to buy such a thingy. ive seen that they are installed as standard on some dell laptops so it must be possible to find as spare part, but where.... anyone can help???

and if you have one yourselfe ya aint using... i will be more than happy to take it away
