Removing an OS

I have a Dell Inspiron w/XP Home (came pre-loaded) and I installed XP Pro. I have tried EVERYTHING to resolve my admin priv in XP Home to add software to no avail...I really don't need Home if I can't do most ANYTHING w/out being an admin.

Can I remove XP Home and keep XP Pro? If so, how to do?
OR, can I use the Home re-install CD to fix?

B Blake

Re: Removing an OS

The easiest and cleanest way would be to do a complete install of XP Pro . This would wipe out the Partitions and render a trouble free installation.
