extracting hard drive LG lw60?

hello all

i have a LG lw60 express that will no longer power on. when i try there is nothing, no lights, screen..nothing happens.

the computer i dont really need anymore, the contents of the hard drive i do, soo..

1. maybe someone knows a trick to power it on?

2. is there a way to remove the hard drive and somehow hook it up to
my new dell to transfer the files i want to keep?

any help much appreciated!

You can hook up your old HDD to a PC. Use cable adapters like USB to IDE.
