AC Adapter with different voltage

I lost that little chip that allows 15V of output on my laptop (Toshiba), so i'm using the chip that allows 16V of output (on my universal AC Adapter). It still works, but is this safe?

Please NEVER use the Universal chargers. It might run for a while and then it won't.
