Acer Aspire 3000 Boot issue

hi i have an acer aspire 3000 i removed the battery to clean the computer and when i plugged it in again it turn the notebook on but the screen is black and a yellow led is blinking, when i press the power botton it turns off the notebook but when i press it again to turn it on, the same thing happens the screen is black the fan is on and the yellow led is blinking any help

Yellow led (I think) means it is charging. Is the AC adapter plugged in? What else happens when you power ON aside from the yellow LED blinking? Also try cleaning the contacts.

is not charging because when i remove the battery and remove ac connector it turns the pc on by itself and nothing boots the screen is black the fan is on and the yellow led is blinking. then i just press one the power botton and it turns it off immediately

when i remove the ac connector and put it back it turns the pc on without touching any botton

Try to remove the battery and unplug AC adapter. Press and hold power ON button for 30secs at least. Plug back battery and AC. Power ON as normal...

Also try using AC only.. and see if it boots up normal.

Post back what you find out...

nothing happened when i plug the ac back it turn un automatically and still the black screen appears, the power indicator is blinking and the ffan is on
