Two things to help you find out... try a linux live CD. If it works there, it could be drivers. Also try an external keyboard.

Wait... keyboard drivers? Hmmm, honestly I think I may have mistaken as the keyboard may not need drivers especially for laptops. Anyways, have you tried linux live CD yet?

yea, i have, it works under linux os, but i dont know what else to do i mean it may be something hardware.

Yep, I agree it may be hardware. If that is the case you may need to try another keyboard.
