HI!
I have the HP Model F557US. The problem is that when I turn on the laptop, it resets by itself many times, no video, it does it in the range of 5 seconds over and over again. The problem began a few months ago with this, but sometimes the computer boots on normally, but sometimes I had to wait 1 or 2 days for the computer boots regularly. Now I have it for 10 days and the laptop did not come back to boot. The first thing it does was that the laptop does not detect the Wireless card, I even removed (thinking that this could be the problem), but the computer still does not work. I thought it could be the motherboard, but it's too expensive. Thanks any help! |

Re: HP F557US Restart over and over
Have you tried using a good working RAM? Start with that and see if you can see POST and if you can go into BIOS settings.

Thanks for confirming this option, I was thinking of this, I'm going to try it this Tuesday or Wednesday because this laptop belongs to a Friend of mine in Brooklyn. Thanks! |
