Display Problem w/Gateway 450SX4
The laptop starts up just fine and works for a while but then for no apparent reason the display becomes garbled and hard to read or it just turns into either horizontal/vertical lines. Restarting the laptop corrects this but only for a matter of time. Could this be due to an overheating problem? Or any other suggestions on what would cause this problem?

Looks like a video card or LCD problem to me but if you want to check your temps use NHC or SpeedFan. Also try with external monitor.
