test your f10 key. open your Belarc Advisor, that should open internet explorer. hold down the shift key, keep it held down and hit the f10 key. a menu should drop down. if it does then your f10 key is working and we can rule that out.

sorry I could not get you into bios. if you think you can open your case by looking at the manuals for your pc, with the computer off and the power cord unplugged, then press the power button to discharge static electricity. also touch the frame then remove your video card and it should look like this, probably without the fan.
http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=...&ct=image&cd=1 get a system compatible pci card with a driver cd and leave the old one out. if you think the computer is worth it. be sure that there is a pci slot available.
