Vista can't load

Hello,
this is my first topic in this forum , I hope to find the best support here.
My computer specifications :
*HP-notebook pc 6820s
*windows vista home premium
*RAM 2 g
*HDD 160 g
The issue :
My problem is when I Trojan enter to my computer the Kaspersky anti-virus caught it , but in same time my computer was blocked, I restarted the computer put a blue screen appeared and vista can't load , I tried many times to restart the computer but some time the blue screen appears and display that the problem is in ATMFD.DLL file and in other times Vista load but it block in starting .
please help me .

does it start ok in safe mode

I can't run the safe mode, I did a test to the had drive from the bios and the result was failure of this test , may I change My HDD to solve this problem ?

to test the hard drive run the makers diognostic utility

what test are you refering to
a number of the laptops these days offer
a full recovery install that takes the laptop back to the day you bought it
but may also offer a non destructive option that does the recovery and leaves your files intact
at this stage we just need you to get back into windows,so we can do some repairing and the security section can do some cleaning
i don't suppose you have the full dvd of vista

If you have a vista dvd install, enter with prompt mode and run "sfc /scannow", this will replace any important system file....
