Acer Aspire 8920
I have recently purchased an acer aspire 8920 laptop, everything has been fine until the other day when my little girl somehow switched the computer off.
Now I get an error message on startup _____________________________________________________________ Windows failed to start. Arecent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem: 1. insert your windows disc 2. choose language 3. Click repair your computer If you do not have the disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance. File: \boot\bcd Status: 0xc000000f Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data. ______________________________________________________________ Problem is I don't have any discs as I have lost them whilst moving to my new address. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I can fix my laptop. Many thanks Andy. |
