White pixels are now pink

I started my computer this morning and now all the pixels on the laptop monitor that are supposed to be white are now bright pink? I have removed any magnets that were nearby but has not made any difference, what should I do?

A redish LCD is an early indicator that the LCD itself is failing and will eventually need to be replaced.
