How much is my laptop worth?

I'm trying to figure out how much my laptop might be worth....and the best place to sell it (right now the only thing that pops in my head is EBAY).

Dell Inspiron 8500
15" diagonal screen
1.50 GB of RAM
4-M CPU 2.40 GHz
DVD/CD RW drive
NVIDIA GeForce4 4200 Go - Video Card
Highest resolution 1920 x 1200
40 Gb internal hardrive

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Re: How much is my laptop worth?

Based on current selling prices on this machine (used), I would guess in the range of $200-350 for that machine, depending on condition and bundled software. If you sell it with all functional parts (hard drive, cd drive, battery, ac adapter, etc.) and OS installed, you'll be more likely to sell it and make something on the upper range.

Ebay, Craig's List, and local classifieds are probably your best bet to actually sell the machine.
