i downloaded a driver..

I downloaded an update for the video driver. It seems to have made my laptop work better, however, there is a boarder around the screen now. Its a black boarder, and the desktop is now smaller. How do I get it back to normal with a full screen?

I have a Dell inspiron 8100, windows XP

Hi,

Have you tried Display settings? If it cannot be worked there, consider uninstalling the driver.
