Re: Cooler makes noise-

I know its hard to get the same result with a custom cooler then the official one but im willing to try it.The cooler on my laptop has 4 wires and the one i wanna use has 3 wires.Do i need a cooler with the same specs and 4 wires or is it possible to use the fan with 3 wires?Sorry if i confuse you but im a noob at these things :D

Oh ok.. thank you for the clarification. I am not so sure about what's the difference between the 4-wires and the 3-wires.. I assume probably speed control but I am just guessing.

If you want to try it then go ahead.. it is your machine anyway . I just hope it fits.

Looks like your old fan consumes much power and may be much powerful than the new one.
