Hello Lakeisha ,

we are not allowed to help with passwords ( FORUM RULES)

but you can reset you bios to help you !!!!

you also need to start your own post /thread

asking question on another post is rude & confuses the owner of the post / thread & the person helping them / you can make seggustions to help them but when you ask for your own reasons it is concidered (HIGHJACKING)
