I have an Armada 7400 that had win2000 but which I reformatted to put win98 back onto it. I did the format from the C:\ prompt in the bios. Now I keep getting a message "Invalid system disk, Replace the disk, and press any key". I cannot get past it. Pressing F10,del or anything does not work. When I place the win98SE disk in the drive it does not recogise it. So do I need some other boot disk or system disk. I thought
win98se was bootable.Sandy |

Re: Armada 7400 start problem
I am not so sure if it is bootable (I guess not based your experience
) but try the boot disks here:http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
