Sony Vaio hard disk recovery
My notebook crashed abd sony sent me a recovery disk. When restarting it is telling me i have no hard drive.....can someone help me I am not complety pc savy so go easy on me

Could be that the hard drive is defective already thus it cannot be recognized. Have you tried another HDD or have you tried that HDD in another computer just to know if it is still in good working condition?
