toshiba m35x-s311 will not boot to windows
toshiba m35x-s311 will not boot to windows. keeps scrolling through same fields. you can hear a ticking noise. can someone please help as i need this for school!!!

What operating system are you running (XP, Vista)? Can you at least boot into BIOS settings? If it is just the starting of Windows having some problems, then you may consider repair or reinstall of Windows or may be a replacement of HDD is needed.
