help dell laptop problem
Hi All,
Dropped my Dell laptop  oops!!!Seems to be fine apart from one problem. The dvd player wont open or close.There is a green light permanently on at the eject button.Is it fooked? |

Try the steps here in this link:
http://video.about.com/pcsupport/Ope...on-Your-PC.htm Even if the instruction is for a desktop drive, the same procedure is applicable if working a laptop CD/DVD drive. IMHO your drive may need replacement but then again testing it on another laptop might help.
