Toshiba M35X S311

I have had this thing in for repair 8 times. Now my warrente is out. I was part of the class action law suite on this computer. I have the same problem it locks up. at first I had an error 437 now that doesn't show up any more all it does is boots and then it locks up. Any help out there. or just throw in the dumpster.

Some things to look into... check for overheating (clean the vents), check for bad RAM (use Memtest86+) or hard drive (use hard drive maker's diagnostic utility), also check if Windows installation is still any good (repair Windows or do a fresh install).

Also try to replace with a good/new battery.
